By accessing and using GenerateImage.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenerateImage.io provides a free online AI image generator that creates images from text prompts. The Service includes 10 free image generations per month with no account required. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Free Usage and Limits

You receive 10 free AI image generations per calendar month. No account or sign up is required. Your generation count is tracked locally in your browser. We reserve the right to adjust free limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent generation limits through technical means is prohibited.

4. Generated Content

Ownership:

Images you generate using GenerateImage.io are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may use generated images for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, print, and any other project. No attribution to GenerateImage.io is required.

Limitations:

• You may not claim that AI-generated images are human-created photographs when context requires disclosure
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Generated images may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies inherent to AI generation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to bulk-generate images beyond the free limit
• Resell access to the Service or create derivative services based on it
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

6. Intellectual Property

The GenerateImage.io website, design, brand, and code are owned by Fam!Social. The underlying AI model (FLUX Schnell) is open-source software by Black Forest Labs under the Apache 2.0 license. You may not use the GenerateImage.io name, logo, or branding without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers for AI image generation (fal.ai) and analytics (Google Analytics, Rybbit Analytics). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenerateImage.io and Fam!Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
